GentivaPure - Terms and Conditions

Where to find information about us and our products You can find everything you need to know about us, GentivaPure, and our products on our website at https://gentivapure.com/ before you order. We also confirm the key information to you in writing after you order, by email.

When you buy from us you are agreeing that:

  • We only accept orders when we've checked them.
  • Sometimes we reject orders.
  • We charge you when you place your order.
  • We're not responsible for delays outside our control.
  • Products can vary slightly from their pictures.
  • If you bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind under our return policy.
  • You have rights if there is something wrong with your product.
  • We can change products and these terms.
  • We can suspend supply (and you have rights if we do).
  • We can withdraw products.
  • We can end our contract with you.
  • We don't compensate you for all losses caused by us or our products.
  • We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
  • You have several options for resolving disputes with us.
  • Other important terms apply to our contract.

We only accept orders when we've checked them We contact you to confirm we've received your order. We accept your order when we dispatch your product and confirm dispatch to you.

Sometimes we reject orders Sometimes we reject orders, for example, because a product is unexpectedly out of stock, because you are located outside our delivery areas, or because the product was mispriced by us. When this happens, we let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.

We charge you when you place your order We charge you at the time you place your order. You will own any goods you buy once we have received payment in full.

We're not responsible for delays outside our control If our supply of your product is delayed by an event outside our control, such as severe weather, global supply chain disruption, carrier strikes, or customs delays, we contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is likely to be substantial you can contact our Customer Service Team at https://gentivapure.com/pages/contact or at info@gentivapure.com to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not yet received.

Products can vary slightly from their pictures A product's true colour may not exactly match that shown on your device or in our marketing, or its packaging may be slightly different. This is because screens display colours differently and minor variations may occur between production batches of skincare and wellness products.


Returns and refunds

Our 60-day satisfaction guarantee We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return most products within 60 days of delivery for a refund.

When you cannot return a product You cannot return:

  • Products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them.
  • Goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalised.
  • Goods which become mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

How to initiate a return To start a return, contact our Customer Service Team at https://gentivapure.com/pages/contact or at info@gentivapure.com within 60 days of delivery.

Return shipping Return shipping costs are covered by GentivaPure. Returns are free as part of our satisfaction guarantee. Please send the product back using an established delivery service and keep your proof of postage. If we do not receive the goods and you cannot provide evidence of return, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Refund amount We only refund standard delivery costs. We do not refund any extra you have paid for express or expedited delivery. If you handle the product in a way that reduces its value (damaged packaging, missing accessories, used product beyond reasonable inspection), we may reduce your refund accordingly.

When and how we refund you We process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or receiving evidence you have sent it). Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We do not charge a fee for refunds.


You have rights if there is something wrong with your product If you think there is something wrong with your product, please contact our Customer Service Team at https://gentivapure.com/pages/contact or at info@gentivapure.com. We are committed to providing products that are as described on our website and that meet applicable standards of quality.

Under applicable US consumer protection law, if your product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.


We can change products and these terms We can always change a product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, and to make minor technical adjustments and improvements. We can also make other changes to the product or these terms, but if we do so we will notify you and you can contact our Customer Service Team at https://gentivapure.com/pages/contact or at info@gentivapure.com to end the contract before the change takes effect and receive a refund for any products you've paid for but not yet received.

We can suspend supply (and you have rights if we do) We can suspend the supply of a product to deal with technical problems, make minor technical changes, or update the product to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements. We contact you in advance to tell you we're suspending supply, unless the problem is urgent or an emergency. If we suspend supply for more than 30 days you can contact our Customer Service Team at https://gentivapure.com/pages/contact or at info@gentivapure.com to end the contract and we'll refund any sums you've paid in advance for products you won't receive.

We can withdraw products We can stop providing a product. We will let you know at least 14 days in advance and will refund any sums you have paid in advance for products which will not be provided.

We can end our contract with you We can end our contract with you if you don't make payment when it's due (and still don't pay within 14 days of a reminder), or if you don't allow us to deliver the product to you within a reasonable time.


Disclaimer of warranties To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GentivaPure provides our products and website "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GentivaPure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.


Governing law and dispute resolution These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any legal action shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.


We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy How we use any personal data you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy, available at https://gentivapure.com/pages/privacy-policy.


Other important terms apply to our contract We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation and will notify you in writing if this happens. You can only transfer your contract with us to someone else if we agree. Nobody else has any rights under this contract. If a court invalidates some of this contract, the rest of it will still apply. Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later.
